Starting in the 2025 race season through fall of this year, Atlas and its riders will be supported by the Maxxis Grassroots sponsorship program. Maxxis Tires is one of the largest and most renowned tire companies in the the cycling world and across many different extreme sports. Their products for all disciplines of mountain bike racing strive to provide high performance and durable tires. Their support for this team will be a significant benefactor for our riders, giving us confidence to take on the challenging and technical nature of modern day XC racing.
Members of Atlas have worked very closely with Trek Pasadena from the very inception of the team. The shop supports Atlas through riding gear, including helmets, and a team tent for housing the team and their families at race pits and exposition areas. Trek Pasadena is a major backer of Atlas development, and their enthusiasm for getting more people on bikes is a crucial part of developing new cycling talent and creating a strong community.
The Feed is one of the largest cycling nutrition distributors in America. Their dual qualitative and quantitative approach to testing different brands of nutrition is highly effective and ensures that only the best products and brands make it to their online store. Ineffective products are nowhere to be found on their website. The Feed provides Atlas with all the nutrition goodies that we need, and our team is a firm believer in the company’s approach to maximizing athletic performance, and general health, through high-quality, delivered-to-your-door nutrition.
Surface fitness is a youth fitness and performance training studio dedicated to helping children create for themselves healthy lifestyles through proper movement and nutrition. In giving the next generation of kids the tools they need to live a wholesome, balanced life or pursue athletic goals, Surface Fitness’s mission resonates with the work that Atlas is trying to accomplish in the cycling scene with our athletes.
Los Angeles Trial Lawyers charities was founded in 2006 by a dedicated group of attorneys who sought to expand the social impact they had in their individual careers through the creation of a nonprofit that supported a variety of charities and smaller organizations/programs. LATLC focuses on supporting children living under harsh conditions and raising common living standards and access to opportunity for people across Los Angeles to make the city a kinder, more equitable place to live.
Atlas receives coaching and mechanical support from Two Wheel Tune LLC. Lucas Rowton founded the business in 2020 with hopes of providing faster, high quality service across the Los Angeles area for young racers like those on Atlas who are pressed for time due to academic commitments, training, and other factors, but still need top notch bike-service. Rowton also provides one-on-one coaching services for certain Atlas athletes and the general public, with access to custom training plans and coaching rides to help develop any lacking areas in the client. Coaching and Bike service are two integral parts of the racing community in Los Angeles and on Atlas, and as such we are incredibly thankful to Two Wheel Tune for supporting us in these ways.
Endurance PT specializes in one-on-one therapy specifically geared towards outdoorsy athletes. Their founder, Ari Baquet, is a published researcher and has experience in a multitude of outdoor sports including mountain-biking. He has built an incredible team of knowledgeable, experienced, and hardworking employees dedicated to getting people back to doing the sports and activities they love. Atlas has members who have worked with Endurance PT to fix overuse issues and correct imbalances in their movement; their support helps our athletes stay moving and is symbolic of their dedication to keep people of all types in the Los Angeles area healthy and free of injury.
