ABOUT ATLAS DEVELOPMENT
As a team, our goal at Atlas Devo is to create and uphold high standards of competition and development in Southern California. We want to create a competitive community that encourages each member to be the fastest version of themselves, ride after ride, day after day.
Youth Leadership
Here at Atlas, we pride ourselves in having a unique way of running our team. Though we do have adult coaches and advisors, the team is owned and run entirely by the riders. Every decision on the direction of the team is dictated not only by athlete leadership, but also by a collective consensus of the riders. We strive to bring out our riders full potential. Often times this is a combination of elements both on and off the bike. Giving our group of racers the opportunity to take the responsibility of team management and direction into their own hands is a large part of our mission.
