Atlas Development is an athlete-run, competitive cycling team based in Los Angeles for junior racers to expand their stage and skill set. As a team, we are focused on the development of our athletes in their sport and as people. We seek to bring athletes from the local, scholastic level to the national one while fostering camaraderie and a healthy competitive environment to bring out the best from each other. Ultimately we seek to help our racers make it on to a high-level, National Development team. Atlas provides athlete support year round, including team training rides, pit support, feed during longer events, and sponsor discounts.  Atlas strives to give their athletes the best chance at performing well in a multitude of domestic races, including the U.S. National Championships.
